Her Dad was showing her CGI Art just before she was killed. She drew her first stick man before she could walk, was drawing in perspective by age 3 and won several prizes and awards for painting in commercial, school, county competitions by the time she was 8. Her fave Art Teacher was at Sheldon Williams in the year before she was killed. Art was important to her and the Rumbelows have been making a living from the Arts for the last 500 years so she was all set to continue the tradition.

The poster from GHOSTS shows her playing a scared girl in the program which aired in 1997 on The Space Channel. She liked hanging on set and playing smart-ass with the actors and crew. Charmed everyone with her caring nature and mature questions. There’s a picture here somewhere... of her graduation from Athebasca with actor Anton Brejak who came to the Grad with his wife... dressed for the occasion... Marin laughed a lot whenever Anton was around to play pranks on her.

(She also loved the Johnny Cash video of HURT) SHE UNDERSTOOD THE VIRTUE OF THE PUNK SOCIETY-SUCKS IRONY. SHE WAS NOT A PUSH-OVER BUT SHE CARED SO MUCH ABOUT PEOPLE WHO WERE LESS FORTUNATE or UNDER-DOGS or UPSET or SAD. SO WE DID THIS HEIFFER INTERNATIONAL THING IN HER NAME TOO. DONATIONS OF BEES and RABBITS TO THIRD-WORLD FAMILIES. MAYBE ONE DAY WE’LL DONATE FOR A WHOLE VILLAGE IN HER NAME. WE’LL ALSO PROBABLY SET UP SOME FREE EMERGENCY COUNSELING FOR KIDS IN HER NAME BECAUSE SHE WOULD HAVE LOVED THAT TOO.
